Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Service Scope

StayReady provides residential cleaning and short-term rental turnover services.

We do not offer:

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Hazardous material cleaning

Services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All services must be booked through our website or direct confirmation.

A booking is confirmed once:

  • The service details are agreed upon

  • Payment method is secured

We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Payments

Payment is due:

  • Upon booking confirmation, or

  • Immediately after service completion

Monthly plan clients are billed automatically.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property.

If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

6. Condition of Property

Our pricing assumes a property in standard livable condition.

If the property requires excessive time due to unexpected heavy buildup or damage, we may:

  • Adjust pricing

  • Reschedule the service

We will notify the client before proceeding.

7. Supplies & Laundry (Short-Term Rental Clients)

For Total Care clients, supply restocking and laundry services must be agreed upon in advance.

StayReady is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable supplies provided by the client.

8. Liability

StayReady is insured for general cleaning services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Unsecured fragile items

  • Normal wear and tear

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, schedule a correction visit.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment is unsafe

  • There is aggressive behavior

  • Conditions exceed agreed service scope
